Not every headlight can be fully restored. Internal fogging, moisture, cracks, or a degraded reflector sit below the surface and can't be fixed by surface treatment — we'll tell you honestly when that's the case.

PREPARE
Surrounding paint and trim are masked off and the lens is cleaned and inspected.
STAGE 02 / 05
WET SAND
Controlled, overlapping strokes with water remove the failed coating and oxidized layer. The lens turns uniformly matte — that's expected.
STAGE 03 / 05
REFINE
Progressively finer abrasives erase the coarser sanding marks, leaving an even, fine haze ready for polish.
STAGE 04 / 05
POLISH
Machine polishing gradually brings back optical clarity and sharp reflections.

PROTECT
A compatible UV-protective coating is applied to help reduce future yellowing.
